I cooked organic spaghetti with organic spaghetti sauce and ground turkey. It should last me the week.

Dinner at Chipotle

Had a Chicken Fajita Burrito for dinner with rice, corn, beans, chicken, green peppers, cheese, etc.

Brunch - A trip to the hot dog lady again!

Ouch!

1 pack of Oreo cookies (small) - (270 calories)
1 pack of Vienna Fingers (small) - (280 calories)
1 Big Texas Cinnamon Danish - (460 Calories)

I need to stay away from the hot dog lady!

1 small 3 musketeer candy bar in Elaine's office and a small kit kat

Breakfast

Apple Crisp Granola Bar (360 Calories) and Water

Back at Work and I get hungry..........

More cheetos (2 small bags again).................you know I really need to set monies aside for food shopping. When left to my own resources, I am really hurting on my diet.

Snack

The oatmeal I got from breakfast (no additives and no preservatives)

The Lunch From Hell.................

2 hot dogs (I asked for one and the hot dog lady gave me two!)
ketchup, mustard, onions, and relish

1 pack of Oreos (270 calories)
1 Oatmeal Creme Pie (370 calories)

Ouch!

Breakfast

At approx 10am, I actually had a real breakfast.

Egg&Cheese Omelette
Grits (nothing added to it)
Scrapple
Oatmeal (actually eaten later; see later post)

Early Morning Breakfast

That darn chocolate chip granola bar again!

As the clock ticks toward 12 midnight..............

I got a craving as I was trying to fight sleep at work. A bagel and 3 small bags of Cheetos later (see above on calorie count), I was good. At work, I have at least started on my water.............(Can't wait until I can really go food shopping and fill my kitchen up with the right foods!)

Lunch

Chicken casserole with salad (lettuce, with a crouton or two), no salad dressing, and a slice of sweet potato pie.

Mid-Morning Snack................

A bite size Baby Ruth was my mid-size snacK!!!!!! Npt good!

Slight Confession

I had a chocolate chip granola bar before I left work. Basically I was hungry and water wasnt doing the trick. (You know water can relieve hunger, because when your stomach pings likr tha may mean that it is craving water instead of food.)

Good News and Bad News (Part II)

Good News..............I drank another 33.8 ounces of water.

Bad News............I had a small bag of Wavy Lay's with 150 calories (90 from fat)and all the other bad stats.

I need to bring healthy food to the night gig.............Oh and a bite size dark milky way.................

I am addicted to food.......

I overeat, I eat the wrong foods, I eat way too late at night, and at times I binge eat on foods that I like. This has prevented me from maintaining the suggested weight and causing high cholesterol, ankle swellling, excessive fatigue at times, etc., etc., etc. I thought I could outexercise it, but that hasnt proven to be the case. So I am going to blog everything I eat and hold myself accountable to make the necessary diet changes to facilitate weight loss. Because other than fat farms, there isnt much in the way of the Food Anonymous' of the world....
